These terms govern the use of the website induktiv-ai.com and its pages (the "Website"). By using the Website you accept these terms. The Website presents the Induktiv AI product and services to business customers. It does not sell anything online and does not conclude contracts: any supply of the Induktiv AI product or related services is governed by a separate written agreement.
3. Information only, no offer
The content of the Website is provided for general information. It is not a binding offer, a technical specification or a guarantee of results. Features, timelines, prices and conditions are agreed in the individual customer agreement.
In particular: the ROI calculator produces illustrative estimates from the values you enter and from stated assumptions; it is not a quote or a promise of savings. The benchmark results shown on the Website come from our internal evaluation on synthetic cases under the conditions described next to them; results on a customer's own tickets are measured during a pilot and may differ.
4. Intellectual property
The Website, its texts, graphics, diagrams, code and the Induktiv AI name and logo are owned by TPABIT S.R.L. or used under licence and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation of our services. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our prior written consent.
Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, MATLAB, Simulink, AUTOSAR and other product names mentioned on the Website are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
5. Use of the Website
You agree not to interfere with the Website's operation or security, not to attempt unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, and not to use automated tools to extract its content beyond normal search-engine indexing.

We take care to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, up to date or uninterrupted.
