1. Who we are

This website, induktiv-ai.com, is operated by TPABIT S.R.L. (trading as Induktiv AI), a company registered in Romania, with its registered seat at Str. Edgar Quinet nr. 47, Camera 1, Parter, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania, Trade Register no. J2022002809122, VAT no. RO46146960 ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.

2. What we collect and why

2.1 When you visit the website

Our web server automatically records technical data for each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the HTTP status, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. We use this data to deliver the website, to keep it secure (for example to detect abuse or attacks) and to diagnose errors.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: server logs are deleted automatically after a maximum of 14 days.

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technology. See our Cookie Policy.

2.2 When you contact us

If you email us or call us, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, company, the content of your message) to answer you, to prepare a proposal or a pilot, and to manage our business relationship.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and developing our business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and the related business relationship, and afterwards for the limitation period of legal claims (as a rule three years under Romanian law) or any longer period required by accounting or tax law (ten years for accounting records).

2.3 The ROI calculator

The ROI calculator on the home page runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to us and are not stored.

3. Who receives your data

We use the following service providers, which process data on our behalf under data processing agreements, inside the European Union:

• Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany — hosting of this website (data centres in the EU).
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — e-mail and office tools (Microsoft 365), processed within the EU Data Boundary.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a court or a public authority. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. To exercise these rights, write to office@tpabit.ro. We will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. 5. Other information

• Providing personal data is voluntary. Without your contact details we cannot answer an enquiry.
• We make no automated decisions, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
• This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
• We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and minimal data collection.
• This policy covers the website only. Processing in connection with the Induktiv AI product deployed for a customer is governed by the customer agreement and its data processing terms.

6. Changes

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
