Frequently Asked

Where exactly does our data live? Can you guarantee EU residency?

Yes. By default we deploy in EU regions of your chosen hyperscaler so model inference, prompts, embeddings and intermediate state never leave EU jurisdiction. For Defence and regulated automotive clients we run fully on-prem with local models — zero outbound traffic.

Can you run inside our existing AWS / Azure / GCP account?

Yes. We deploy as containerized workloads (Helm chart or Terraform module) inside your VPC and consume your own managed inference quota. Billing, IAM and audit logs stay entirely in your cloud account.

What productivity gain should we expect on a 200-engineer codebase?

Pilot data shows 70–90% reduction in mean time-to-PR for repetitive defects, and 4–6 senior FTE worth of "ticket triage capacity" recovered per 100 engineers. Numbers are validated weekly during the pilot against your own backlog before any rollout commitment.

Which programming languages and stacks are supported?

C, C++, Rust, Ada, Java, Kotlin, C#, Go, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Swift, Objective-C, MATLAB / Simulink, VHDL / Verilog, IEC-61131 — and any DSL we can read documentation for. The agent adapts to your build system, your linter rules and your code-review conventions.

How big a codebase can the agent handle?

Production deployments today range from 200K to 40M+ lines of code across multi-repo monorepos. The retrieval layer is incremental and indexes only deltas, so onboarding a new repo is a one-time job; ongoing operations are sub-second.

What is the latency per ticket and how much GPU/CPU do we need?

End-to-end median 2–15 minutes per ticket. With managed cloud inference there is zero infrastructure to provision. For full on-prem, a single 4× H100 / A100 node handles 60–120 engineers; we right-size during pilot.

How do you handle our internal tools, custom log formats and proprietary APIs?

Custom tools are added during onboarding — we ship a tool-SDK so your platform team owns parsers for proprietary log formats, internal REST APIs, custom DOORS schemas, etc. Average new tool: 1–3 engineering days.

What integrations are supported out of the box?

Ticketing (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, GitHub Issues), Docs (Confluence, SharePoint, Notion, Coda, MediaWiki), Requirements (DOORS, Polarion, CodeBeamer, ReqIF), Code & Observability (Git, Bitbucket, GitLab, Grafana, Datadog, Jenkins, Splunk, ELK). Custom connectors on request.

How is the agent kept aligned with our coding conventions and review culture?

During onboarding we ingest your style guide, linter rules, code-review checklists and historical PR comments. The agent uses these as hard constraints and we run a calibration pass on 30–50 closed tickets to tune routing, confidence thresholds and tone before going live.
